Refund Policy

All sales are final once the product has shipped.

If you have made a one time purchase and your product has not yet shipped, you may request a refund and we will refund your purchase on your original form of payment. Refund requests must be received by the 19th of the month to ensure your box does not ship. Example, if you purchase an April box, refund requests must be received by March 19th. 

If you have purchased a 3 or 6 month prepaid plan and your first box has not yet shipped, you may request a refund and we will refund your purchase on your original form of payment. After the first box has shipped, you are not eligible for a refund. Refund requests must be received by the 19th of the month to ensure your first box is not shipped.
